Each position at Télia plays a vital role of the brand building process. Our teams look after brand and consumer communication, e-business, consumer insight, digital, media and partnerships, product packaging and design, and corporate brand identity. 




The Marketing Strategist and Account Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of key marketing strategies, concepts, and campaigns to not only Télia clients and partners, but to the Télia brand itself. 

You’ll have a chance to work on both print and digital materials in a variety of mediums to stretch your creative muscles, including emails, webinars, ebooks, blog posts, magazine articles, social media content, direct mail projects, experiential campaigns and more

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Spearhead and execute marketing campaigns that will yield MQLs for clients as well as Télia

  • Strategizing key content for lead nurture campaigns, brand awareness campaigns, and conversion campaigns. Deliverables include (but are not limited to) blog posts, emails, webinar content, eBooks, print articles, social media content, and direct mail projects.

  • Create multi-channel strategies and content, including outlining, drafting, publishing articles 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects from inception to completion

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed reports on the progress of the project to stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality

  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients

  • Collaborate with other department heads, creatives, social media manager, and other creative partners to design branded graphics, videos, and other assets that complement the marketing strategy at hand

  • Serving as the brand lead for all Télia brands, including developing (when appropriate) and maintaining a consistent brand voice that aligns with Télia’s mission, vision, and values

  • Ensuring all written digital and print materials adhere to brand standards

  • Plan and maintain a monthly and quarterly editorial calendar

  • Create campaign content in appropriate platforms  

  • Manage and execute recurring tasks to keep the initiatives on track and moving forward

Our requirements are pretty straightforward. To qualify you must have:

  • Content marketing experience in a professional setting

  • Tangible results that have yielded sales conversion (e.g. increase in MQLs, conversions, CTRs over set period of time)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field and/or 3-5 years of agency experience

  • The ability to spot a typo or grammatical error from a mile away

  • Insanely strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • The ability to adhere to deadlines and deliver results

  • A fast-paced work ethic 

  • An infectious can-do attitude and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime (nimble is our word of the year!)
